Population growth may be one of the factors in unemployment, but I don't consider it a major cause.
The creation of jobs (and the quality and quantity of those jobs) is a factor of the free market and lack of government controls (regulations).
To the degree that a population is free to create enterprises that provide products and services to the public, the number of jobs are seen to increase. The vast vast majority of jobs created in America are created by small business owners that employ usually less than 150 employees.
As a populace recognizes the value of education and entrepreneurism it begins to self-regulate the size of the families. Countries, such as India and China have large, uneducated (no offence intended) and poor populations due in large part from the failure of their governments to stay out of the business of business.
There are trends underway in both where you are seeing more and more of the population get educated and become part of free markets and therefore for many, the standards of living are rising.
The best solution is that government stay out of the way of business as much as is possible, and you will see that people will raise themselves up out of unemployment and poverty on their own.

The maximum a company can give job to is,maybe,10000 a year....Lets say there are even 1000 companies in a country...But still at this rate, you can't provide jobs to all the guys cuz they outnumber the availability of jobs...So its so obvious that at the present rate of growth our country's gonna witness more unemployment

Do your own homework....but...
- The job market becomes full with all the new workers
- The job market does not grow because it lacks the neccessary educated elite to control it (more workers than supervisors)
- More people means less space - less space means less room for growth
- People want to leave because the area is so populated - leads to loss in potential. Loss in potential may have an effect on the efficiency of jobs, therefore leading to them being cut.

high population need more job which cannot be fulfilled due to high population.
there will be disguised imployement of workers which is also a disguised unemployement
due to high population sources will be less as they are consumed by population so there will be less sources to generate employement
due to less resorces there will be less education which is also a cause of unemployement
