My ipod is cutting its self out saying it has low battery when it still has like 3/4 of life left, i have to keep turning it back on, its super annoying and doesn't seem to last aslong as it used to. i have reason to believe it was because i pluged it into my xbox 360, and it over powered the charging system thing, i was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem even if it wasnt caused by their xbox. Thx.

if your ipod is an old mini ipod then it is normal. it has happened with mine, my brothers, my uncles and at least 7 of my friends. im sorry but i dont know how to cure the problem. have u had it for over a year? if not, then you can get a new one by going to the apple support website and claiming your one-year apple guarentee

I had this exact problem with my ipod. I went into the apple store and they helped me figure out this problem. YOu have to switch off all your antivirus programs when you plug your ipod into the computer. You have to restore you ipod also that way it iempty just like you bought it. It works.

HOPE I HELPED

Unfortunate problems encountered by many iPlodders. On their own web-site they warn agains this happening - and guess what ? They won't repair it - the best you''ll be offered is small discount on a new iPod.

Shop around. Sorry
