it'll be for the money. personally i don't think that either one of them is stable enough to handle their kids. i think britneys mother needs to take them.

Right now, Britney doesn't seem to be in any shape to take care of kids. Kevin doesn't come across as a model parent, but that's for the courts to decide. He's usually criticized for his ambitions and for marrying Britney for her money. Who knows if that's true? I haven't heard him being criticized for being a bad parent (except for the children he abandoned to marry Britney, and they had a mother.) If he's the better parent, then he should be considered. I'm wondering if this is a case where the grandparents should be considered.

The Gods honest truth is.........he'll probably do a much better job than what she has been doing.
Seriously.....I think he'll surpirse everyone and trust me, I'm not even close to being a K-Fed fan....I just think that he'll step up to the plate and do the right, good and decent thing for these kids....
Then....his ex, whats her name, Shar Jackson? She'll flip publically....because he has two kids with her too I think.....and who knows if he has anything at all to do with them!
I feel bad for Britney........she needs intensive help and I just hope that she gets it so that she doesn't end up like Anna Nicole.
We have enough death and destruction everyday with the amount of soliders that are killed....we don't need anymore!

I am glad that he got the kids. I think we all just see the "Wanna-Be" Kevin, but he seems to treat his other kids good, taking them to theme parks and shopping. So as long as he is taking care of them and not just leaving them out with other people. I think he deserves them.

They are better off with him and that is what I thought from day one. She just had those children b/c she thought it would be ffun and cute. Addtionally he was never caught driving improperly with the baby she was.
