Think there might be slightly more involved in the training procedure than the ability to slide down a pole.... like maybe fighting fires? Dont quote me on that tho!

It isn't the pole you've got to focus on but rather the dead weight
drag and fire victim carry portion of the physical testing. Limited upper body strength will work against you. Strong women can manage that employment while the weaker .........?
