Wow, the title is the last thing you should do.
And no, I will not give you an idea.
Listen, writing isn't a glamor job, you're never going to be rich off of it and you will not make it if you can't come up with your own ideas.
People would respect writers more if there weren't a thousand people out there "writing the next great american novel."

It's interesting that you have a title and you know it's a horror story but you don't know what it's about. Is it possible that you're doing things backwards?
