Did anyone have a racing heartbeat when pregnant? If so, how many of you had a normal vaginal delivery?

My heartbeat RESTS at 80-100 beats per minute. My doctor doesn't seem to be too concerned about this, however, I am.

I don't want to keel over dead from a heart attack while I'm in labor, or something.

Have any of you been through this before?

if you are concerned, you need to talk more about it with your doctor. Make your doctor concerned too because it could be nothing or it could be a problem. If you are uncomfortable, then you need to know why you have this problem. I would want an explanation.
