Help you what - tear down your engine to look for cracked pistons and bent rods? did it actually "hydraulically lock"? if so you may have the above. if it just "died" due to water fouling you may be able to dry it out by removing the plugs and cranking it over to blow as much water out of the cyls as possible. Dry the plugs. put A LITTLE motor oil in each cyl - 1/4 ounce or so to help seal the rings since they have been washed down. try starting it. you may have to dry the plugs several times. Obviously (?) if it knocks or makes ANY strange noises - you have broken/damaged parts. watch coolant level too. could have a blown head gasket - or cracked head - or block. water is essentially not compressible. a Hydraulic lock destroys an engine.
