There's no way to know for sure...
But if you start with estimates at around 100,000 years ago (a very conservative date for the first "people" or modern humans), it comes out to somewhere around 30 billion. There are many more people alive today than at any other time in history -- for a very long time the total human population on the planet was under a couple hundred thousand.

In about 1960, the science author Arthur C. Clarke wrote that "Behind every man alive stand thirty ghosts, for that is the ratio by which the dead outnumber the living. Since the dawn of time, a hundred billion human beings have walked the planet Earth."

I suppose we could add four or five billion to bring it up to date.

Most common guesses or theories put it at 35 billion Total to date. 6.8 Billion today, that number doubles every 25 years or so, we will be out of food water, land and golf courses in 15 years.
Time marches on.

I would guess in 6000 years (100 lifetimes) that 12 billion have lived.

13.4 billion - 6.5 billion living right now, which shows the problem of population growth, it's unheard of. I study this kind of stuff, it's my job.

Depends on if you believe in evolution or creationism and your definition of what constitutes a human being.

It makes a big difference.
