I am appointee to my sister who suffers from a mental illness. I am her appointee. Is it possible for me to live at a different address and yet still remain appointee?

As an appointee can be:
a receiver appointed by the Court of Protection;
an attorney
a person appointed by the DSS to act on some claimant's behalf in connection with some other benefit; or
a friend, relative, social worker etc. (The Appointee has to be over 18 years old).
Then you will not have to live at the same address.
