I. Lewis, "Skooter", Libby was not said to have been involved in Watergate. You may be thinking of G. Gordon Liddy. The names are close.

I think everyone was involved in Watergate. It made for gripping TV to watch all those GOPers sweat. But I don't think "Snotty" Libby was guilty, guilty, guilty of anything back then.
