It will delete it from your computer. No worries anymore. It is also safe to leave them in your quarantine section.

If you've got AVG and you trust it...then ok you can quarantine the viruses or even better DELETE them...but be warned it might give a false reading. It may say that they have been put in quarantine or deleted but does not realy do it.

Once a virus is in quarantine it can't do any damage to your computer (all reputable virus software does this: it isolates them from your operating system). If you want to delete them, that's okay: they won't come back.
Have a look at this security article to make sure you're adequately protected while you're on the Net http://www.mbusbyuk.info/security.html and then click on the links page to check out the security software. The site also has a security store - there's a logo on the page somewhere.
Good Luck!

The reason they sometimes get back on your pc is that they back themselves up in System Restore; it has nothing to do with AVG, its the way Windows works.
If you do find a virus, switch off system restore then scan again. Go to Start - programs - accessories - system tools - system restore.
AVG puts them into quarantine in case they're system files or in case it misidentifies something as a virus. Its safe to delete them, they won't escape.

Delete the viruses - never quarantine - AVG is not a very good AV program, get a better one or back it up with free bitdefender.
Do a online scan at the link below - its Microsoft & its free.

i've got by no skill heard of Airtel' yet in spite of this' something is bigger than AVG loose. do no longer get carry of AVG loose. AVG loose has no actual time risk-free practices. Why might everybody want a AV that has no actual time risk-free practices? If loose is the main suitable you're able to do flow with Avira. that is risk-free practices and detection is interior the extreme ninety's stay far off from Avast to. It has actual time risk-free practices' besides the incontrovertible fact that that is susceptible' 76%. in case you agree directly to do paid stay far off from Norton & McAfee. Norton acts like a trojan in case you ever attempt to do away with it and that is detection isn't as sturdy as marketed. McAfee' Over bloated reminiscence hog that would not come across as sturdy as marketed. in case you flow paid flow with Kaspersky or Defender professional powered by utilising Kaspersky. There the main suitable on the industry.

I think it deletes it from your computor but to be sure there is a help section on avg I would consult with them to be sure.I am like you,, I have deleted them before only to have them reappear, so did they enter the computor on their own or did I release them but once they are in quarentine they are there until deleted
