I would wager that almost everyone feels slighted to some degree or another. The world doenst work perfectly. My kids constantly complain about this or that "isnt fair". Well, when it comes down to it, life isnt fair and it never will be.
Bill Gates has billions, yet he probably feels cheated every time someone pirates a copy of Office or Vista.
You aunt Geraldine might have some neurological disease and lost her mind. Her PhD is now worthless because she forgot everything she knows.
Sam down the street got in a car accident and now sits in a wheelchair.
Billy died of cancer at 6 years old.
We could all think of ways we have been 'cheated'. The best thing to do is not dwell on all the crap that life dishes out, or you'll end up bitter. Or sour. . . . Salty?

I could feel that way about a couple of things, but it would be an uncomfortable way to feel and would not accomplish anything except causing me angst.

Yeah, right now I do. My co-worker conveniently forgets to order lunch for me and my friends while everyone else in the office is asked. I can't wait for the payback!!!!
