The scammers have now spread from Africa to US and Europe, as people have now delete anything from Africa. But the gangs are involved.

The scam behind the cashiers' cheques is that people deposit them in their accounts and send off any money asked, before they are cleared.

Have nothing to do with them, because even if the cashier's check is cleared, it can still be found dud later and your bank will take back any money paid to you. The only loser will be you.

First off you will lose any money you send. Secondly they will have your details to make money off and thirdly your own bank will penalise you for sending a rubber cheque. DO NOT RESPOND.
