I don't know what bars your going to but most bartenders I know usually have other things to offer. And if they don't have what your looking for, they know another bartender (or at least a waitstaff)that does. Living in a town where there's a restaurant for every 20 people per capita - we got lots of pharmaceuticals in our inventory around here. Pretty much got somethin' for whateva ails ya.

As a bartender I would have to say yes. Although ours is much more tasty. Unfortunately there are pills from the real pharmacist to cure the love for our inventory. Talk about evil competition.

During Prohibition a pharmacist was often a bartender, so I think your statement has validity.

In the idea that pharmacists give people drugs, and bartenders give people alcohol, which is a drug, then sure, why the hell not
