Does anyone knw any other jobs other than an undertaker or mortician that involves working with dead bodies?

For example- in Hannibal Rising it shows Hannibal working in some medical place where bodies are laying on tables- what would that be called?
That's the only example right now I can think of, though I'm sure there more.

you are thinking of autopsy's, that is what they are doing on tables like that. They are pathologists, medical examiner or coroner.
Forensic pathologists do more in depth stuff than that. They investigate the signs of murder and investigate things like the blows on the body or grasses from evidence that was found on the body and so on so forth.

no your not a sicko... someone has to do that sort of thing. some find it very interesting and don't look at is a sick sort of thing.

It's not sick to want to work with the deceased. Someone has to do it, otherwise, we wouldn't have funeral homes and many people wouldn't even know what caused the death of their loved one.

Medical examiners work with the deceased as do funeral homes. Coroners also do...
