I've just finished a power point presentation that has 20 slides in it. Afterward I tried to add music but, now it won't advance. Any suggestions?

In broad terms, check out http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=BEF41DC3-8E28-4282-82D4-CEC2F416CD40&displaylang=en

If the Powerpoint slide has frozen, then you may be advised to redo the file. Recreate the nature of the Slide show.
Add the music in first, then try and add the Pics in. You may need to change the Images to smaller size images, but not smaller resolution, try either JPG or GIF images. Also, the sound file may be too large. The size of the PPT file may freeze, also, if you do not have enough memory.

don't add music just to one slide.

you have to add it to the entire presentation as a whole (and that doesn't mean adding it to every slide either).

because you can either add music just on a per slide basis or to the entire presentation.

just do another song, or don't put music at all in the powerpoint.
