just curious, i have to go to work and they are killing me....

Stay well hydrated, exercise & use a heating pad.

Also take some ibuprofen which will decrease the anti-inflammatory response (prostagladins) which causes cramping.

Red raspberry leaf tea works wonders for menstrual cramps. You can buy it at the health food store.

Also cut down on your caffeine intake and up up up up up your water intake :)

I take Aleeve or Advil or any thing with Naproxen Sodium and It works good.

this is weird but if you think or are doing something and you arent thinking about your cramps they stop hurting a bit
