Depending on what type of nose reconstuction you want, the price can be from $6000 or up to $10,000. Some people just go in for a simple straightening of a bump or such and it is not as expensive as say getting your sinus' reconstructed and rinioplasti. Of course you will be asked about you chin dip, your wrinkles around the eyes and cheek implants. So, it is best to do a lot of research and study your own face to know just what flaws from God you like and can live with and which ones you cant. Another thing that effects the price is your location. I know where i live in little old IL, plastic surgery is nothing compared to say New York, L.A., or California. I really want you to make sure you have a great support system of family and friends because this surgery will take awhile to heal from and may give you a little bit of depression while you are waiting for the new you. As far as the teeth straightening goes this is where a lot of money can go quickly. When it comes to dental work that is exstinsive, pick someone you are comfortable with and who is relaxed and not ready to retire in a week. That actually happend to me and then i was stuck between two different ideas of what was best for my teeth. So do your research at home first with your face and then check around your area for doctors. A funny but good thing to do is to actually go and sit in a waiting room and just take in the feeling of the office and its workers. Pretend to be filling out a job app. or waiting for a friend. I hate offices that are horrible with gossip because they are usually not taking care of their patients like they should. On your teeth, they also have new invisiline braces that are awesome. Good luck and please realize that fixing your outsides can make you feel great for awhile but realizing the beautiful person you are on the inside can last a lifetime.
