Working at home as a medical transcriptionist?

I am currently an MT working from home for the company MedQuist. I am curious to see some of the other companies that MTs are working for and your opinions on those companies as I am possibly looking into leaving MedQuist.

do you have radiology experience ?
my gf works from home using lanier for radiology transcription
she types like 15 hours a day !
