I went to the doc a couple days ago. I have a male ob/gyn and then it was time for the pelvic exam. So, he did the exam a little different. First, he felt the outside of my private. Then, he asked me to push. Then, he put his stethoscope in his ears and told me to push a couple of times. Finally, he kept his stethoscope on my private and just started to listen. Please share any stories about your time at the doctor......

I would switch your doctor & get a female. That doesn't sound appropriate to me. Pelvic exams don't include touching your privates, pushing or listening with a stethoscope.
Talk with your school Nurse or Mom, they will advice you on what a normal pelvic exam should include. I would also mention to them what happened to you.

Can't say that my gyn ever put her steth on my private areas. And I've never had to push.
