God no, that does not mean she's a lesbian. Lots of women admire other women's beauty. Some are also jealous and envious when it comes to those issues. Your friend is admiring beauty whether it's male or female, does it really matter? I mean, if you found out she was a lesbian, how does that change the friendship that the two of you have. I mean, she's the same person you have known. The only thing changes is that you know what she might be doing behind closed doors which is none of your business if she doesn't want it to be. Just be lucky that you have a good friend. Not all people can be able to say that. It shouldn't matter what her sexual tendency leans to. She's still the same person. Sorry, I dont mean to get up on a soapbox like some others do here. But seriously, think about the person she is and her qualities. That's what really matters the most.

Ask if she has ever thought about pursuing a lesbian relationship. Make it more like a fantasy conversation. and ask other questions about if you could who would you.... It may lead to the big one where you ask her if she is gay or you may realize that she just is attracted to beauty not necessarily the lifestyle.

Why do you need to know? If she hasn't come on to YOU, then her sexuality doesn't involve you and is none of your business. If she IS, and she ever feels the need to tell you...then she will in her own time. What will you do if you find out she IS? If you'd be willing to give up the friendship because of her sexuality, then you should probably back out now because you'll only end up hurting HER with your biases.

If you really want to know look at the back of her neck just under her hair. Lesbians have a small triangular mark.
You can know them by the mark.
