Hmmmmm, thats a hard pick. Both are low budget with ugly inexperienced actors, they also have stupid slogans and are outdated. I feel like I'm back in the 80's!!
If I had to choose though I would pick head on. At least ovaltine is somewhat good for you. Head on is just a piece of well, you know.

Those Head Ons are pretty terrible but Ovaltine ads have been around longer and will probably stick around for years to come, making me want to shove rusty nails into my ears for the rest of my life.

Ovaltine. I hate them both but the way those bratty little kids and their mothers keep saying Ovaltine. ARGGGG!!!!! I won't buy it because of the commericals.
