I enjoyed the montages, especially the one about the writers.
And the silhouette troupe!

I only watched bits and pieces of it, although I like Ellen a lot. Did anyone see those crazy shadow people though? I thought they were awesome creating Little Miss Sunshine, Snakes on a Plane.....
But really, I didnt enjoy the Oscars as much or watch it most of the time because I didnt see like any of the movies nominated

The only thing about the Oscars that I honestly liked was when they remebered the celebs who passed away, that and Ellen. I think everything was narrowminded and false. Hey, who the HELL thought that giving Al Gore an Oscar was a good idea, he already thinks he created the Internet, and rules the world.

very good. I liked the fact they had no podium. So the Oscar winners couldn't set their Oscars on the podium and talk forever.
i thought Ellen was great. especially when she talked to big stars in the audience. Can u imagine how difficult it would be to host the Oscars?

I thought Ellen was funny, and did a great job. I just thought it was too long. I enjoyed the silhouette people, Jack Black and Will F, and the Dream Girls performance.

nope Ellen was great but man did it drag but it was worth to see Martin Scorsese finally win an oscar

Ellen did a pretty good job. It was nice to see Jennifer Hudson,Martin Scorsese melissa Ethridge win. I didn't like Forest Whittakers speech.

God I hate Ellen Degenneres, now I hate her even more, why did she had be the host of the oscar ceremony, if we put her away the oscar awards were fantastic.

Loved it. Ellen added such a new and interesting spin on it, kind of modern age. She's hilarious so loved seeing her. Overall pretty dragged out and long,and I would have liked seeing more of Ellen.
