I have all the application disk, drivers and OS disk.
My Registry is messed up , it will not regonize my modem and I can't get on the Internet so thats why I want to ghost out the computer and start over. I've tried reconfiguring but that didn't work.
Is there a way to get a boot disk? Gateway 2002 XP

With XP the OS disk should function as the boot disk.
Put the disk in and restart the computer. It should come up with booting from the cd.
If not you will need to go into the BIOS and change the boot order to:
1st boot cd
2nd boot hard drive
The BIOS may have it booting from the hard drive as the 1st boot device.
