No. They are not a programmer and what do they know about codes?
Computer don't crash because of copying code, it more technical than that.

It depends on which site you use when you copy myspace codes. I pretty much do it all the time and crashing never happens. It shouldn't happen. Make sure you don't use viral sites.

its all about design, however some codes could do that if executed
