I watched the programme last night and I also recorded it. I have a special interest in the case because I knew David Kelly. The lady who was talking about it was Rowena Thursby and she said that, yes, a) Mrs. Kelly believes that her husband DID commit suicide. I think she just wants to let the matter rest ~ after all, whatever the outcome, it won't bring David back.
I, along with many other people feel very differently. I have read the Hutton Report and follow Rowena's blog. I also follow what is happening on Norman Baker MP's website. If you go to 'Google' and search 'Dr David Kelly' you will find a lot of web-sites dedicated to this. One journalist in America has written virtually a book about it.
We all know he was killed, for what ever reason, and it's about time 'Bliar' and his cronies agreed to a proper Inquest where the witnesses, including DC Graham Coe gave evidence on Oath.
I have sent a petition to the No10 Petitions website asking for this but have only received a few signatures. Perhaps since last night's programme I might get a few more.

i do no longer think the respond is to shrink the police tension extra it extremely is what Cameron intends to do. ideas you, if the police stopped patrolling in pairs and started looking approximately them on the offender and anti-social behaviour quite of chatting collectively, they may well be greater useful. in actual fact those gangs have by no potential respected absolutely everyone, neither mum and dad nor instructors. they have not been reported to evaluate something different than the instantaneous fulfilment of their needs and the demonstration of their potential. undesirable housing, undesirable training and undesirable function fashions and who is going to alter that? And bear in mind who it grow to be that bumped off the Married Couples' Tax Allowance, using yet another nail into the coffin of solid relationships and inspiring one discern families without help?

Think she refered to the wife of Dr Kelly and said she (the wife) believed it was suicide, but herself was not sure.

I watched it and it left some unanswered questions.
I don't think we will ever know the truth.

Sorry this isn't an answer to your question, but I watched some of that, and had to switch it off because the idea of severed slit wrists made me shudder. :S
