There's a bcc that you can use. It's a blind copy. People use it all the time. It's easy. It's on the line where you see To and CC.

I would use the BCC under the Sender e-mail address.

This should copy your e-mail address and send to multiple address without sharing someone's else e-mail address.

Put the addresses in "bcc" instead of in the regular "to"

send the mail to yourself and add all other receipients to BCC. The won't see the others.
