Actually, before they embalmed Anna Nicole DNA was removed from her body. The DNA taken is viable. The coroner said this was "Normal procedure. " Obviously Howard isn't the father. If he were, he would have no problem submitting Dannilynn for DNA. Her step sister says Anna used preserved sperm from her late husband. She did use the "Marshall", her late husbands last name in Danni's. So who knows.

Court TV has been televising it thus far...check in with MSNBC but right now I think they are waiting for jurisdiction whether it is the Bahamas or US

No the judge is postponing the DNA test because without Anna's consent or a legal relation's consent he doesn't think it is right to be doing it.
