The first thing to consider is which YOU are we talking about.
If we are talking about the mechanical, sleeping, non-conscious, me what makes me excited is when something or someone feeds my vanity.
What makes me excited when I am really home is feeling the love energy flowing though me to someone or something else.
For example, in this moment, I am excited to notice that this answer can be helping someone to enjoy their life. If I happen to find out that many are grateful for this gesture, then I feel even more excited.

When ever I know that I have to get ready for a horses show It makes me EXCITED and when ever my best friends come over. Last but not least the number one thing is when a boy asks me out.

Getting a phone call, eating an entire chocolate bar, going running, talking to certain guys, going to sleep knowing I can sleep in until 1 if I want, driving my car, getting out of school, finishing a race, finishing a cross country or track work out, scoring in basketball, fouling out in basketball, buying new books, finding money in the inside pocket of a coat I haven't worn since last winter, receiving a compliment, Grey's Anatomy, going for a run, riding a bike, writing in my journal, getting "yes" as an answer, riding a horse, jumping on a trampoline, finishing my homework, being alive...you know, the usual stuff. â¥

i get excited when i see a two headed fish or a person with 6 toes...sometimes it doesn't take much...i get excited when i sneak the the express lane with 15 items instead of 10...or when the cap on the marker doesnt match to color of the marker.

Seeing a newborn baby...seeing, holding, smelling the newness.
Seeing a young puppy...seeing, holding, smelling that 'puppy' smell.
Waking up every morning and the times when my family all gets together and actually gets along without a fight!!!
