My baby is 4 months today. Since last month, he has gained only 1 pound and not an inch on his height.
He is 14 lbs and 25 inches. He is only on breastmilk. He takes 32 ounces in 24 hours.
Anything I should be doing to make sure he is gaining more and growing?

Sounds to me like he's gaining just fine. You're breastfeeding which is wonderful. If your doctor didn't have concerns, then neither should you. Have fun. This is a wonderful age.

Brestfed babies gain between 4 and 7 oz a week. So 4 oz a week is 16 oz which is a pound which is totally normal.
Don't let people tell you there is something wrong with your milk (there isn't) or that breastmilk is not enough for him (breastmilk alone will sustain a child perfectly well past his 1st birthday)
Baby's grow at diferent rates. No need to freak out. And honestly, doctors are NOT a good source of info on breastfeeding. All they learn about breastfeeding in medical school is "breast is best" then they hand out formula to all their patients!
You're doing wonderfully and I'm sure if you are nursing on demand that your little one is growing just fine for him.
Both my son's were breastfed and my oldest was 8 lb 8.5 oz at birth and my youngest wae 7 lb 15 oz at birth, My youngest is now 3 months old and weighs what his brother weighed at 5 1/2 months. Both were normal healthy babies. Just different.
Just love your baby and continue to breastfed. Attend a local LLL meeting if you can. If not join the LLL online forum.
A LLL Leader will help for FREE over the phone, email and might be able to visit you at home. http://www.llli.org/webindex.html to find your local LLL

My baby is four months and he's 18 pounds and 26.1/4 inches tall...and he's a friggin giant...so 14 lbs and 25 inches sounds pretty normal.
Mine's only on breast milk too ...
The only thing I can suggest if you think he's not gaining enough...it to Pump your milk and give to him in a bottle.
Depending on how he's nursing, he may be getting alot of Foremilk (which is thinner and more watery and has less fat) and not so much Hindmilk (Which is creamier and fattyer)...so if you pump...he always gets both.
My baby nurses at night but he's on pumped bottles all day (I'm back at work)...and he's gaining weight like crazy. (More than when I was just nursing)

Sounds like your baby is just fine for his age. Babies grow and gain at different intervals and new moms have to stop comparing their kids to others. If his doc says all is well, then trust in that. Also, remember that breastmilk is not as heavy as formula and breastfed babies usually gain weight slower than formula fed babies.

If your doctor isn't concerned about his growth, don't worry about it and continue to feed him formula or nurse him when he's hungry. He should be on a very good daily routine by now and if he's not, you should consider implementing one. My son was 7, 10 when he was born and he only weighs 23 pounds now at 21 months -- he was very underweight and the doc had us in the office every month for weight checks. Don't worry unless your doctor thinks you should try something else. Good luck!

He sounds normal to me. My daughter was 14 lbs about 23 inches. She isn't the tallest in the world. He sounds very healthy to me. Check with your pedi. He's tracking it. If he's concerned he would let you know.

It sounds like he is doing just fine.
Try not to worry and remember as long as you are breastfeeding him on demand he will be getting everything he needs. Have confidence in youself and your body it has gotten the two of you this far already.
