GET THE BMW -
I bought the car and im in love with it, its the best car ive ever had, the best car ive ever driven and its amazing.
Mini coopers are 'cute' but you want to drive something special, you want to walk out in that driveway and lay eyes on a piece of metal that everyday of your life that you own it makes you feel good due to the driving xperience, construction, beauty, the work of art that it is, then go for BMW , you wont be disapointed.
Also Mini Coopers are a lot cheaper and easier to get than a BMW. Theyre trendy but a BMW is classic elegance and to me its worth the price tag.
These cars come with the works. Go for the BMW

A mini cooper is a bmw with another name. Entirely designed and built by bmw. So six of one and half dozen of the other. Based upon trying to pay to get over engineered German technology fixed, I would say of these two evils, the mini is your best bet. Then plug wires are 99.99 instead of 399.99 for the bmw name on the hood. American cars actually have better repair records and plug wires for them are about 29.99 except for Cadillac and corvette. Most places here will not fix anything on a bmw as it is so over engineered people don't want to pay 10,399 for one fender or 499.95 for one tail light assembly. It takes more money to own and maintain over engineered junk that that same junk costs.

It really depends on which bmw you want. K, first off bmw makes mini and they are both german so they arn't really reliable. But minis have better gas milage, less horsepower though. Bmws are way more expensive too. I dont know I just think they look preety cheap on the inside they are defintly more of ust a preformance car. Personally I'd pick the mini but I dont think they come in all wheel- maybe though

Depends how you like to drive. The Mini is more gas economical and is small and compact. Good for tight parking spots and busy city driving. The BMW is larger and more luxurious AND more powerfull. It does like to guzzle gas though but would be the better choice if you like to drive fast and furious and feel like you're in an expensive luxury car at the same time. I think you get alot more car for the money in a BMW. I've driven both and now drive a BMW. My reccommendation: BMW

BMW makes the mini-cooper, so either way you should be set.
Must be tough to have the money to buy one but not have the sense to figure out which one you want.

A MINI COOPER!!!!!!!!!!
Best car I have ever owned and what other car can one drive off the lot and have it APPRECIATE over $6k! It's a blast to drive, everyone wants to ride in it...gets the BEST gas mileage...btw 35-40 mpg for mine. If you get a convertable...there is no Ford Mustanging it and latching the top on yourself. Completely opens, closes, and latches on it's own. :)
MINIs are still rare...only so many thousands made each year.
lol...Test drive them both....
You will walk out wanting a MINI, happens everyday...

Its like choosing between and apple and an orange - just completely different driving experiences. Minis are nimble and fun (even the basic small engine makes that car feel fast) but its confined and small. Bimmer is the ultimate driving experience but will cost more in gas
