You need to make an apt. with your doc. Without being seen & getting tested it would be difficult to guess what all is going on with your cycle. I suspect it's your hormones. Also, blood loss can lead to anemia, this might account for your tiredness.

First things first i would take a pregnancy test. You never know so i would just check to be sure. My girlfriends mother was pregnant for 3 months and had irregular periods and she didnt even know she was pregnant. Dont get worried just take the test to rule things out. If not think if there has been any changes you have made in your environment, have u bee really stressed, sick depressed. If not maybe your hormones have just changed. If that is the case and i think that is the most likely one visit your doctor, they will either up the dosage on your birth control or if you are not one any bc pills they will probably recommend them.

That can be anything from hormone fluctuations, to cancer, iron deficiency, ovarian cysts, to just plain stress... it is not something you diagnose yourself, it is something a gynecologist determines through exam and pap, blood work. I have found that trying to self-diagnose by using the internet has 9 times out of 10 left me extremely anxious and WRONG in the end, once the doctor diagnosed it.

You might have endometriosis. I have it and my periods would be 10-16 days long every 2 weeks and I would have pain all the time. Please ask your doctor about it. There are many treatment options. The link below will give you more info on it.
