On my own I wiil add that I know of no other individual who is as prolific a song writer. In addition, his bass work is phenomenal!!!
Listen to the bass on "Here Comes The Sun" and "Something." It is masterful. As we all know , he also plays a host of other instruments. Some day he will be an old,old man and someone will honor him for his lifetimes achievements....I will be appauding him and crying with tears of gratitude.

Paul Mccartney, eh? Hes probaly the close to most successsful in everything. I read somewhere he is the most musician and composer and recording artist. Im not a big fan of his solo stuff really...I like John and George better. I mean Paul had some good solo songs and some with wings, but the albums as a whole were alot of fluff. I think 'the long and winding road was his last gasp. He is still fun to see live tho, saw him a couple years ago in DC. The beatles as a whole were better than the seperate parts...they all kind of went to thier extremes after they split,
