I have been with my boyfriend since I was 17 I am now 24. We have had our ups and downs even went our separate ways and always came back to each other. We have been through hell and back. Now things are as close to perfect as I could imagine. We have a 14 month old daughter and we are very much in love. He often make references towards marriage in convo and when I asked him if he plans on getting married one day he happily said "most definatly". THe problem is I used to never want marriage but one day last year I realized I want to spend the rest of my life with him. I feel like i'm getting older and I want to be married by the age of 30 I don't want ot waste years of my life with him if we never get married. I'm ready to tell him basically if we aren't married by a certain time I'll have to move on. Marriage is very much a part of my culture I don't need a big wedding or ring etc. just the commitment. How do I tell him how I feel withouth pressuring him?

Don't give him an ultimatum!!
He loves you, he's already said yes to marrying you.
Just tell him you've been thinking about it, the relationship is strong now, you know you want to spend the rest of your life with him, you think it's a good time to start planning your future together.
Good luck!

You don't need marriage to have commitment. Infact, if you are American, marriage is no where near commitment. Just tell your boyfriend that you want to get married and spend your life with him. That's not pressuring him, besides he said he wanted to get married anyways. He can do the cliched proposal if you need that crap later.
