Best - a toss up between Helen Mirren and Reece Witherspoon. Worst - Jennifer Hudson. What was that weird tinfoil thing she had on on the red carpet? And Nicole Kidman's eyes matched her dress.
Male
Best - Daniel Craig probably - very 007 suave. I haven't seen all of the men yet, so the jury's still out for worst.

There were lots of beautifully dressed people so best is hard to pick, but I hated Gweneth Paltrow's dress so I vote her worst dressed.
