Your odds of winning the lottery are slim to none. Instead, concentrate on getting a good education so that you can support yourself and not be a burdon to society.
As for the gorgeous man part of your question, if all you are interested in is looks, you won't get very far in your relationships.

Because the world doesn't work that way. Saying that though if you want a gorgeous man depending on your age I and locale I could pimp one of my friends out to you if you want. For the lottery results though you'll have to dial a psychic hot-line or something.

you have a very slim chance of winning the lottery, and it's out of pure luck. you can't do anything to help that. and if you are looking for a guy just based on physical apperance that may be your problem
