Yes, you can. Seafood is good for you and provides protein that you need. However, you can't eat every thing such as swordfish, albacore tuna & mackrel. They have a high amount of Mercury which is no good for your growing child.
You should also talk to your doctor about other seafood that you shouldn't eat.

You can eat seafood, I would avoid shark, swordfish, lobster, etc, but catfish, cod, tuna....all that kinda stuff is fine-I asked my doctor and he said it was fine, they say it has to do with the mercury from the ocean, but eating seafood moderately is Okay! I am 30weeks pregnant and I just started to really show a few weeks ago.....Good Luck and Congrats!

there is no harm in eating seafood unless of course, the sight of sea food produces nausea ,... which occurs in some pregnant women. if it's your first pregnancy, you may not show till you reach 24 -28 weeks.,

the factor approximately fish is that it has mercury in it and due to this my well-being practitioner advised me to keep away from it in the time of my being pregnant. some fish has greater mercury in than others including tuna, catfish, and shark. those that have the main mercury are the backside feeders. There are some fish that could desire to no longer be eaten in any respect in the time of being pregnant. i'm no longer able to keep in mind all of them yet you may desire to no longer consume any variety of shark, king mackeral, or sword fish. in case you do consume fish decrease the quantity to in hassle-free terms 6 oz. each week. The micro organism which you may desire to hardship approximately is noted as listeriosis. this way of micro organism is stumbled on on sandwhich meat. the micro organism grows on the machines that slice the beef. listeriosis could reason you to have a miscarriage, this unquestionably got here approximately to my nutritionist. the only thank you to keep away from this micro organism is to prepare dinner your lunch meat on the range. putting it interior the microwave won't kill it. make specific the beef is cooked until eventually that's steaming on the two aspects.
