An Architec over the phone told me ina broad way but i forgot !!
please tell me , i need too know urgently !

Forget the stupid university, start a business if your idea is so hot.

I would start with the engineering department if what you have developed is a new material or process used in the actual construction, and the architecture department if if it is a matter of the design of the overall structure. But even before that, it would probably be a good idea to spend a little time in the library and see if it has already been done. Even though you came upon the idea independently, you will not be able to patent it (or otherwise protect your idea legally) if someone else has already done it.
