Well 1 pound is equivalent to 16 ounces, then 2 pounds is equivalent to 32 ounces. One ounce is equivalent to 140/5= 28g, then 32 ounces is equivalent to 28*32= 896g.

since there are 28 grams to an ounce because 140/5=28 therefore you multiply 32 x 28 because there are 32 ozs to 2 lbs.
32 x28= 896

The answer is 32oz
why
because
1pound=16oz
then 2(16)=32
I presume that you want to know how many grams is in two pound of ground beef than
(140gr/5oz)=(X/32oz)
X=(32gr)(28oz)/(5oz)=896g
Also if the question was 2 kilograms of ground meat is equal to how many ounces?
then
1kilogram=1000gr
X=(5oz)(2000gr)/(140gr)=71.42oz
If the question was right then 32oz is the ans

32 ounces, of course, unless you want to use troy weight instead of avoirdupois.
(and I might should mention that the color of polar bears is typically white -- which is as relevant to my answer as your first clause is to your question.)
