Yes, he is overrated and was being paid too much money for such little contribution.

Wise or not it happened. Arrington plays best when he is allowed to roam the field, and in a lot of schemes he is not able to do that. If he could find the right team that would let him play his way, he could still have good years left. While restricted though, he will be seen as overrated and underperforming.

I like Arrington but he needs to stay healthy for an entire season. If he is healtyh this year than It wasnt wise for the Giants to drop him but its hard to predict if he could have stayed healthy enough for them the entire season. Either way he made there D better and he was a good fit but i think it was his injuries that got him cut.

Truefully the Giants let the wrong man go .And I am not even a fan.. Tom Couglin should have been the one walking.. Did
you see what Tiki said about him after the Pro Bowl.. He ran
there legs off in practice.. He will not make it through 2007
guess what Giant fans... I am a Steeler fan .. Shottenheimer
is out there He would be a great FIT for you..

i imagine the Giants win by 10. i imagine the Cowboys are having significant themes now. they have performed undesirable interior the finest 4 video games. And now they're disillusioned with Romo in Mexico. And TO hasn't practiced this week.

When he is on the field, the defense goes up and play defense. He fills up the weakness and cause damage to the offense. But his lack of consistency to stay healthy could jeopardize his career. His health issues and big contract problem kept him out of the Redskins.

I didn't like the contract they gave him but I still don't think they should've given up on him after just one season. They must've seen something with the injury they didn't like. Unless he retires, I still will second guess his release.
