"And you, and you
You're gonna love me.
Oh, hey, you're gonna love me
Yes, ah, ooh, ooh, love me
Ooh, ooh, ooh, love me
Love me, Love me, Love me, Love me.
You're gonna love me."

I love her! I love her! I love her! I love her! I love her! I love her! I love her! I love her! I love her! I love her! I love her! I love her! I love her!
1. "With the March 2007 issue, Jennifer Hudson became the first black singer to ever grace the cover of Vogue magazine."
2. "Hudson has particularly won praise for her curvy figure, and onscreen performance of "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going". The New York Observer described her performance of that song as "five mellifluous, molto vibrato minutes that have suddenly catapulted Ms. Hudson... into the position of front-runner for the best supporting actress Oscar." Newsweek said that when moviegoers hear Hudson sing the song, she "is going to raise goose bumps across the land." New York Daily News proclaimed, "When she sings 'And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going' -- one of the most heartfelt cries of pain ever written for a musical -- Hudson inscribes her name on an Oscar." Variety wrote that Hudson's performance "calls to mind debuts like Barbra Streisand in Funny Girl or Bette Midler in The Rose, with a voice like the young Aretha."
3. Jennifer Hudson's quotes:
"I don't do clubs. I don't drink. I don't smoke".
"I'm not having no club party; I better have a praise party".

I am soooo glad and happy that she won and I hope Simon is eating his words. I had a bet with a friend and I won so I am rich now and I hope that she gets more movie rolls and she gets a recording career. I am glad this happened to her. I think this is the first Oscar award for a person whom apperead on American Idol. GO AI.

I think it is nice that Jennifer Hudson won because she proved that even if you're an American Idol kick off you can be a big star. But I really wanted LTTLE MISS SUNSHINE GIRL to win though.

I'm happy she won! Good for her. Guess American Idol was just a "stepping stone" for bigger things. Look at some of the winners and losers of that joint. Kelly C, doing big things. Carrie U, I like some country music, but THIS girl here, is BLOWING! Got the Carrie U CD. And then you look at some others...Taylor Hicks...WTF man. Ruben S, cant do nothing but shake my head, had better hopes for him. Clay A, still sounds like a Broadway singer to me. Fantasia...I like this chic, but the "Hood Boy" thing is horrid.
But, WAY TO GO JENNIFER!!!!!!!! You deserved it!

Exactly! So, winning American Idol isn't everything (ask Ruben "what's his last name"????), but obviously the exposure is invaluable. She was great in the movie, and I am so happy for her!

I love the fact that she won. She's talented, hands down. Acting AND definitely singing, she's a show-stopper.

Yeah, I think the acadamy felt sorry for her because she was one of the 3 best singers on Idol, but she got eliminated by that white boy, whom she was so much better than.
