If you mean "is it good to be possessive of a lover".....then NO it isn't. It isn't healthy for either party in a relationship......it'll actually cause the relationship sooner or later to break up.....

No under no circumstances possessiveness is a good thing and definitely not a factor to keep a relationship or marriage lasting. I mean how would you act if you gf/bf would be all over you, after your every move, checking on everything you do, act jealous in enormous amounts. It wouldn't keep a relationship; it would definitely turn someone off.

you are possessive when you know your lover is better than you OR someone else likes your lover who is better than you.In both these situation you are insecure....and became more possessive.
