The most physical pain of my life was nine days after the birth of my daughter. That night I went back into the hospital with a Strep A infection in my c-section incision, and a nipple infection from breastfeeding.
Labour and delivery was nothing compared to the pain of breastfeeding!!! Imagine someone cutting your nipple off (areola and all), using a razor blade.... now attach a baby to the fresh wound, and allow it to nurse for 45 minutes, every 2-3 hours.

First, I'll list the injuries I've suffered to offer a sense of perspective.
1 broken nose
1 ruptured Achilles tendon
1 ruptured servical disc
2 concussions
3 hyper-extended knees (my right one twice)
1 set of bruised ribs
1 case of welders' burn on my eyes
In addition to numerous sprains and muscle pulls accompanying a life in sports.
But the prize winner is when I got a small, narrow wire jabbed under my thumbnail on accident. I almost passed out from the pain.

three years ago, when I was completely crippled with lupus and arthritis. I discovered I was allergic to wheat, soy, eggs, meat, and commercial dairy. Once I gave them up, my symptoms healed completely, and now I am active and perfectly fine, as long as I dont cheat on my diet. The pain of lupus is extraordinary, and can strike anywhere on the body at any given time

Well, even more painful than labor or my c sections...the WORST was when I broke my foot!! I think I would have gone through labor a hundred more times just to stop the pain in my foot!

It would either be when I was in labor for my son, or when I had a migraine so bad, that I stopped counting the days after day 18, and was prescribed morphine just to get through the days.
