Hmmm... I don't think so... maybe, but not really. I mean, it depends if maybe the player(s) like(s) the color of the jersey. During that game, I think both teams did a pretty good job. Or maybe the color does have something to do with it due to the fact that darker colors absorb more heat! Maybe that's what tires players out as well...

Good question. I've never really thought about it. I tend to think that when they pull that jersey on, especially their National jersey that they would feel a sense of pride that would spur on their best performances. I don't think an alternate strip would impact too heavily on general play. Sometimes things just don't gel in a match..
