Mine definetly changed after my son was born, he was my 2nd c-section. I don't have any cramps anymore (maybe a little but nothing compared to previous) and the flow has definetly changed. It seems to be heavier and then non-existent one day and then heavy again. It still only lasts 5 days but I just figured it is another one of those things that will never be the same after you have kids.

I had a c-section as well and got my period about 6 weeks later, iut was really heavy and I had killer cramps. I'm not sure about the orange blood, is it more of a brownish colour? If so this is old blood I had this for a couple of periods after the first (post-pregnancy)period and after a few periods like that it has been coming normally. Call the doc if it continues much longer, it is probably just hormones though.

If you are breast feeding, you may not get a 'normal' period until you stop. If you are NOT breast feeding, you should have already had a 'normal' period, and should consult your Gynecologist immediately!
