the tree was given as a gift around christmas it bloomed and several weeks later i trimmed branches back halfway and transplanted.

weeping pussy willow needs to be in the ground not in a pot we grow them in fields in tennessee they need to be outside with sun,water,fertilizer and regular pruning they are not a house plant being inside will throw the tree into shock if you can scratch it and it is still green its not dead needs to be planted if left in a pot outside the roots can freeze and this will kill the tree i work in a nursery in tennessee for 20 years and still going strong
