Anyone ever have dizzy spells before you were pregnant enough for a test to show positive? I got really light headed and dizzy the other day when trying to sit up after laying down for just a second or two. I was so dizzy I had to put my head down and close my eyes. For the rest of the afternoon, I felt kind of lightheaded. This was Friday and it has gone away for the most part. I still feel it a little, everynow and then.
Ov day was the 21st.
I never get dizzy from sitting up, even first thing in the morning I can usually hop right up with no problem

I have been experiencing the same dizzy spells for the last 4+ weeks. I just found out last week that I am pregnant. I would like to know what the cause of being so dizzy is. I, like you, am not prone to dizziness.

Yes, I had dizzy spells as you describe, that was one of the clues I had before my test showed up positive! It's the drop in blood pressure.
I usually had the dizziness when I was either just getting out of bed or as I lay down (going to bed) I'd lay there and watch the ceiling going round!!!!
