That's a lot of money. It will be worth it only if you need it. If you buy more bells and whistles than you need, you are wasting your money.

First figure out what you need, then get a price.

Dell used to have something called "build your own," where you started with a basic computer, then added what you need to get a price. You might want to check it out.

A laptop is on my wish list but no way will I pay that much for what I do.
