If you know what it is that you want, you can go to a drafting agency with a sketch and they can draft it up for you. You can alter the design to how you like using a drafting agency.

Otherwise, your best bet is to contact someone that has made one before. They may or may not share the plans with you.

There is a slim chance that you could find a set a prints on the internet.
