I believe I a strong valid case against the usa law makers and I would like to press charges against them it will be a huge task that will effect the rest of the world in many ways any suggestions on where I may find help with this issue.

Not going to happen. You can't sue lawmakers for making laws. You can sue the government for trying to enforce the laws (if you have standing) and can seek an injunction against the law being enforced (if you have a valid reason, like the law is unconstitutional).
You can't "press charges" (criminally) against a legislator either. If they're doing something that violates the law, that's the U.S. Attorney or the Attorney General's job. You could report it to the FBI (if you have proof of, say, actual corruption, and not just that you disagree with a law that's been enacted) but that's about it.

Uh, anybody ever tell you the law makers of government can not be sued in any way, shape or form? Its a part of the law they made. Now if you're talking about something criminal, contact your local prosecutor and after they find no basis for the complaint, they will cheerfully provide you with free room and board with helpful attendants in white.

If it involves federal laws, then you have to file in federal court. You will need a lawyer.
